Shipping policy

At Ornatta, we deliver our jewelry worldwide with care and precision. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs clearance, and local postal services during peak seasons.

Shipping Rates
- Orders under $35: a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
- Orders of $35 or more: FREE worldwide shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Ornatta is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@ornatta.shop. We will work with the carrier to locate your parcel and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please email us at hello@ornatta.shop within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will resolve the issue promptly.
